Welcome

The Town of Wilna Housing Authority was established in 1964.  

We own and operate:  


  • A New York State Homes & Community Renewal property  called Brady Acres Apartments 
  • A Housing & Urban Development property  called Long Falls Apartments.  
  • Westside Terrace - 50 units of Elderly/Disabled Housing in West Carthage


Our Mission

Our mission is to provide decent, safe, affordable housing for our eligible low-income families, seniors and elderly and individuals with disabilities.
